Polydatin Powder Production Process
1. Raw material pretreatment: Dry and crush the selected Polygonum cuspidatum root;
2. Extraction: Reflux and extract the raw material treated in step 1 with an organic solvent for 2-4 times, with the amount of organic solvent used for each extraction being 3-6 times the weight of the raw material, and the extraction time for each extraction being 2-4 hours. Filter after each extraction and combine the filtrate;
3. Concentration: Concentrate the filtrate obtained in step 2 under reduced pressure at 40-80°C (preferably 60-75°C) to a volume of 1/8-1/12 (preferably 1/10) of the original filtrate volume to obtain a thick extract;
4. Silica gel mixing: Go to step 3 Add silica gel to the obtained thick extract, the amount of silica gel is 1.0-1.5 times the weight of the thick extract, mix evenly, dry to constant weight, and obtain the mixed silica gel;
5. Elution: Load the silica gel obtained in step 4 into a chromatography column, elute with an eluent, and collect the eluate;
6. Concentration and crystallization: Concentrate the eluate obtained in step 5 under reduced pressure at a temperature of 40-80°C (preferably 60-75°C) to a volume of 1/18-1/22 (preferably 1/20) of the original eluate volume, cool naturally to crystallize, filter, obtain a filter cake, and dry to obtain polygdatin powder.
