Content Determination Method
Chromatographic Conditions: Silica gel G thin layer plate; Cyclohexane-chloroform-ethyl acetate (20:5:8) was used as the developing agent and developed upward. Spread distance 12 ~ 18cm; 5% sulfuric acid ethanol solution was heated at 110℃ for 5min to develop color.

Determination: Accurately absorb the sample solution and the control solution 2μl, and point on the same thin layer plate.
