The precipitate was the crude product of total triterpene acids.
3. Then, the mixture was purified using a macroporous adsorption resin, and the mixture was slowly cooled until corosolic acid crystals began to precipitate. The mixture was refrigerated, and the crystals were allowed to stand for crystal growth. The precipitate from the solid-liquid separation was corosolic acid.
